At The Trouser Lab, your satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in delivering high-quality products, and in case you face any issue, our team is here to assist you with a smooth resolution.
1. Returns
We currently do not offer returns for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or dislike of the product.
Products are only eligible for exchange or resolution in case of a genuine issue as outlined below.
2. Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are available in the following situations:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Wrong product has been delivered
- Size issue (subject to availability)
To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
3. Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- With original tags and packaging intact
4. Item Eligibility Guidelines

- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items
- Products with original tags attached
- Wrong size, colour, or style received
- Defective or damaged items
❌ Not Eligible
- Worn or washed items
- Items without original tags
- Final sale products (clearly marked on the product page)
5. Unboxing Video (Recommended)
We recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your parcel. This helps us verify any issue quickly and ensures faster resolution.
6. Exchange Charges
A nominal reverse logistics and handling charge of ₹100 per order (not per item) may apply for exchanges.
- Exchange requests are subject to product availability
- Exchanges are generally allowed once per order
7. Refunds
Refunds are not applicable for standard orders.
However, if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect and a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued after review and approval.
8. How to Request Support
To request an exchange or report an issue, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery at:

9. Reverse Pickup / Self Shipping
Once your request is approved:
- Reverse pickup will be arranged wherever service is available
- In locations where reverse pickup is not serviceable, you may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse
